Sports Activity Services

The mission of the Sports Activity Services is to encourage Turku residents to be physically active enough to improve and maintain their health. This will be achieved by producing a variety of environments and services for exercise for all citizens as well as for organised sports associations. We will work in partnership with national organisations and other administrative boards and partners.

The main services provided include:

• the maintenance of sports facilities  and provision management
• the organisation of sports guidance services
• sports grants

The Sports Activity Services has three units:
