Project information
The Turku Music Hall Fuuga project will be carried out under a collaborative alliance model, and the project plan was prepared in close cooperation between the alliance partners. The goal is to achieve the high quality criteria set for the Music Hall in a cost-effective and risk-free manner.
The project plan is based on the proposal of the consortium that won the competition for the Music Hall and is now part of the alliance team. The Turku Music Hall alliance partners include the City of Turku, Hartela, PES-Architects Ltd, WSP Finland Oy, and Laidun-design Oy as subcontractor. In alliancing, the alliance parties share responsibility for the realisation of the project goals, including the targeted cost.
The City of Turku’s budget for the building is approximately EUR 90,5 million. The City Council approved the total budget estimate for the Music Hall when it approved the project plan on 14 November 2022.
The project plan for the Turku Music Hall details the goals of the project, the building’s location and site, the functional requirements for the facilities, the project risks and opportunities, and the costs and schedule.
